Symborg will participate in the upcoming annual CAPCA Conference & Agri-Expo organized by CAPCA.
Marc Englert, Symborg’s U.S. General Manager, will make a presentation on Symborg biotechnology at this event organized by the California Association of Pest Control Advisors (CAPCA). This association gathers 2,800 pest advisers or agricultural advisors accredited by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The annual conference will take place on November 3, 4 and 5 in Reno, Nevada.
As in the previous edition, this edition of the CAPCA Conference is expected to bring together more than a thousand pest advisers and other agricultural professionals from the state of California and surrounding areas.
TrichoSym Bio at the 2019 CAPCA Conference & Agri-Expo
Marc Englert, Symborg’s U.S. General Manager, will make a presentation on TrichoSym Bio, a biological inoculant from Symborg based on infectious propagules of the T78 strain of the Trichoderma harzianum fungal species. TrichoSym Bio stimulates the vegetative development of plants, improving their nutrition by solubilizing macro and micronutrients and facilitating their acquisition and transport by the plant.
In addition to its oral presentation for attendees, Symborg will have a stand in the exhibitors’ area where all conference attendees interested in its microorganism-based agricultural solutions may request additional information and/or information about the benefits of their application to different types of crops.
The Importance of Nitrogen
The current overuse of this macronutrient in agriculture is having dire consequences on the environment. Therefore, more efficient nitrogen absorption not only provides a huge environmental benefit, but also means significant savings on the agricultural costs of fertilizers based on this macronutrient.
